When: Thursday, July 18th at 7:00pm Where: Rodeo Cinema on Film Row, 701 W Sheridan Ave Price: FREE! BLOCKBUSTED VIDEO is BACK!!! For years, BLOCKBUSTED VIDEO presented by VHSANDCHILL OKC was your place for fun classic, retro screenings on original VHS tape! Rodeo Cinema on Film Row has been kicking butt left and right and we KNEW we had to come back and come back with a VENGANCE! This time we're traveling to a 1985 post-apocalyptic science-fiction comedy directed by Albert Pyun and starring Michael Dudikoff (American Ninja) and John Stockwell (Christine, Top Gun). These brothers survive nuclear Armageddon in a fallout bunker, growing up with 1950's detective novels and swing music, they emerge into a world filled with biker gangs, mutants, and a world more wild than they could imagine! This film is one of the original inspirations for the FALLOUT video game series! It's never been released in North America on DVD or anything other than VHS. Originally envisioned by Keeva Danielle in 2017, BLOCKBUSTED VIDEO was revived with a twist! We're going to be riffing on this movie together. So talking, joking, singing, and pretty much everything else is, not only, allowed but ABSOLUTELY encouraged! These screenings are always FREE and we invite you all out to come hang and have a good time riffing on this hilariously bad film! Rodeo Cinema on Film Row has onsite concessions and you can get adult beverages from the nearby CORE4 BREWERY, THE STUDY, and OKCIDER! Rodeo Cinema on Film Row is located within the historic Paramount Building at 701 W Sheridan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. DOORS OPEN @ 7:00PM, SHOW STARTS @ 7:30PM
