We've made it through the original trilogy and now we're at the failed attempt to revive the Robocop franchise for the modern audience. They threw everything at the wall with this one. The cast is insane: Michael Keaton (!!), Gary Oldman, Samuel L Jackson, Jackie Earle Haley, Michael Kenneth Williams, Jay Baruchel, and Joel Kinnaman as ROBOCOP! Like, that cast is STACKED and they still couldn't pull it off. Though, honestly, I kinda enjoyed this movie. I'm excited to see it again and especially for anybody who hasn't seen it yet. A delusional documentary filmmaker follows a mysterious Bigfoot tracker through the Oklahoma backwoods, where they encounter various quirky locals. The film mixes raunchy comedy with themes of fatherhood and belief in a fun, lighthearted style. This movie is so much fun as so many people that I love and respect were involved in the making of this 2022 film. Directed by Nick Sanford and starring Bradchad Porter, Alex Sanchez, Mickey Reece, and so many more wonderfully funny people! When this 1999 sci-fi comedy-drama film released I remember enjoying it, as I'm a big fan of Robin Williams. Though it was only later in life that this film took on a much deeper meaning for me. A lot of people haven't seen this film and I think it should be shared.
