A revolutionary take on the 70's Blaxploitation genre, this film was handpicked for our Black History Month show by none other than OKC's very own hip hop artist and actor JABEE! Originally released in the United States as 'Silent Night, Evil Night', this Canadian slasher film went on to Box Office success and the typical horror controversy for the time. Later gathering a cult following it is often cited as an inspiration for John Carpenter's 'Halloween'.
